Marshmallow Caramel Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    27 light colored caramels
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring
    1/2 can sweetened condensed milk or half and half
    marshmallows
    crispy rice cereal
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt caramels, butter, milk and flavoring in top of a double boiler.
    Dip marshmallows in mixture of cereal and nuts.
    Put on wax paper to dry.
