Mincemeat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 (29 oz.) Crosse and Blackwell mincemeat
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Mix mincemeat and blend well. Add flour, salt, baking powder and nuts.
    Blend ingredients well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in two 9 x 5-inch pans.
