Florida Raisin Pie(Miami Senior High Home Ec. Class, 1944) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped raisins
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Add juices, water, sugar and salt to raisins.
    Cook together 5 minutes.
    Moisten cornstarch in a little water and add to hot mixture, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thick, always stirring. Cool.
    Fill 9-inch unbaked pie crust and adjust top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
