Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (about 10) soda crackers, crushed in hands
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3 oz. tomato paste
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 oz. mushrooms (from Wed)
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix half of the crushed soda crackers with the ground beef, tomato paste, egg, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Mix half of the crushed soda crackers with the cottage cheese, mushrooms, parsley and oregano. Put cheese mixture between layers of meat in 6-inch square dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
