Baked Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs or country style ribs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut (undrained)
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 c. water
2 small or 1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut ribs into serving size pieces.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Remove ribs; drain fat from pan.
