Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    6 oz. cooked spaghetti
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder and oregano to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano to your taste.
    Add spaghetti sauce.
    Combine 1/2 of mixture to cooked spaghetti.
