Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Line pan with pastry and brush with egg whites, beaten. Combine eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt.
Add milk; mix well.
Pour in pie crust.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
