Beef Stew With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 full c. water
    1 lb. chopped chuck beef
    2 medium potatoes, chopped
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
    Cook beef until tender; add chopped vegetables.
    Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, dissolved in 1 cup of cold water.
    Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a dash of black pepper.
