Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can English peas
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into
a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Crumble 1 pack Ritz crackers into 1 stick melted butter.
Sprinkle on top and bake until bubbly.
