Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. granulated gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. cabbage
3 pimentos
Preparation
-
Soak gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar and lemon juice. Cut vegetables into small pieces and add to gelatin mixture when it is cool.
Put into molds and chill.
