Fiesta Ribeye Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 well trimmed ribeye steaks
    1 tsp. fresh lime juice
    8 medium flour tortilla shells
    1/2 c. shredded colby or monterey jack cheese
    1 c. salsa
Preparation
    Sprinkle both
    sides of steaks with lime juice.
    Grill steaks turning once when steaks are just about done place shells wrapped in foil on the edge of the grill.
    When done, place each steak on to shells and top with cheese and salsa.
    Add a salad
    for a fine dinner.
