Hearty Winter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c green pepper, chopped
    2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 (5 oz) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
    1 (15 oz) can beef broth
    1/2 c water
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a dutch over or large saucepan; drain well and remove from pan.
    Drain fat from pan and add bell pepper, zucchini and onion.
    cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, broth, water and cooked sausage.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat cover and simmer about 15 minutes to blend flavors.
