Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. mild Cheddar or American cheese
    1/4 lb. Brick or Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. (2 c.) cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Steam or microwave spinach.
    Stir into butter; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine cheeses, flour and seasonings, mixing well. Add beaten eggs and stir until mixed. Stir in spinach.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
