Jeannette'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 round tsp. salt
    1 lb. Crisco
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat the egg with a fork.
    Add vinegar and fill the cup with cold water.
    Mix flour, salt and Crisco; add liquid.
    You can add 1 tablespoon sugar, except for pork pies.
