Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Debone.
    Place back in broth. Stir-fry onion in oil.
    Put in broth.
    Add salt, pepper and cream of chicken soup.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add 1/2 stick butter and rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Stir twice while you wait.
    Serve with French bread.
