Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw honey
    1 c. distilled water
    3 tsp. pure maple flavoring
    pinch of sea salt
    1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder or unbleached flour
    1/4 c. distilled water
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup of distilled water.
    Into water, place honey and salt.
    Mix arrowroot powder or flour, 1/2 cup water and maple flavoring in small bowl.
    Pour into honey mixture and stir as mixture continues to boil.
    Boil about 2 minutes longer.
    Makes about 2 cups.
