Scalloped Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-style green beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    3 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in casserole in microwave.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk and stir.
    Add salt and pepper, green beans, water chestnuts, mushrooms, minced onion and cheese.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
    Stir occasionally.
    Ready to serve when hot and bubbly.
