Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt or less
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 c. diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 diced green pepper
1 diced pimiento
paprika
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot chicken broth.
Stir well.
Add another cup chicken broth, grated onion, salt and lemon juice. Mix well using a wire whip.
Beat in mayonnaise, chicken, celery, green pepper and pimiento.
Pour into mold; sprinkle with paprika and chill.
