Twice Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
    milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in microwave or oven until soft.
    Carefully split potatoes lengthwise.
    Scoop out contents leaving about 1/8-inch of potatoes in skins all around.
