Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

olives, chopped
2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (at room temperature)
1 tsp. hot sauce
3 Tbsp. minced onion (if desired)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
This is best done using your hands to mix.
Shape into a ball and roll in nuts or chopped olives, if desired.
Wrap in waxed paper and then in airtight container.
