Beef Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast or stir-fry meat
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. onion
    any other vegetables you desire
    garlic (for seasoning)
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1/4-inch slices.
    Put meat, onion and garlic in a large frying pan and brown.
    Add vegetables and water.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    More water may be needed.
    Mix 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons water to make gravy.
    Add to meat and vegetables.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    This is a great way to use leftover vegetables.
