Ground Meat On Rye(Great Do Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
    cocktail rye or cut regular slice bread in fourths
Preparation
    Cook beef and sausage; drain well.
    Add cheese.
    Mix well. Spread on bread.
    Put on flat tray.
    Freeze.
    When frozen, put into freezer bag.
    To serve:
    Put under broiler until hot and bubbly.
