Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
rock salt
ice
ice cream maker

Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually to eggs and continue to beat until mixture is very stiff.
Add milk, heavy cream, vanilla and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into can and freeze as directed with ice cream maker.
