Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box (8 qt. size) Carnation instant milk
1 lb. can Quik chocolate milk mix
2 tsp. salt
2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
6 Tbsp. Coffee-mate

Preparation

Mix well.
Will make 2 gallons.
To make 1 cup: Use 1/3 cup mix.
Add boiling water to make 1 cup hot cocoa.
Store in an airtight container.
Keeps indefinitely.
