Baked Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm, medium bananas
    lime or lemon juice
    brown sugar
    finely chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Place the unpeeled bananas in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake the bananas in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a fork will pierce the bananas easily.
    To serve, make 2 lengthwise slits, 1/2 to 3/4-inch apart, through the peel of each banana.
    Remove the peel between the slits.
    Sprinkle each banana with a little lemon or lime juice and a little brown sugar.
    Top each banana with a few finely chopped peanuts.
    Makes 4 servings.
