Potatoes "Pooche" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. celery leaves
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    water as directed
Preparation
    Cube raw potatoes.
    Place in saucepan.
    Add butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour over this just enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil; lower heat and cook until potatoes are done.
    Above all, don't disturb, stir or mix.
    Let potatoes soak up flavor and juices which will thicken to nice consistency.
