Palm Sunday Brunch Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. white bread cubed (about 8 slices)
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    Pepper to taste
    6 oz. ham cut in small cubes
    4 oz. grated cheese
    Onion chopped (optional)
    Green pepper chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Spray 9x13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
    Put bread in pan.
    In a bowl, whisk eggs, add mustard and stir, then add milk and pepper and stir.
    Pour over the bread.
    Top with chopped ham, onion, green pepper, and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or over night.
