Sale Ham And Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham hock
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 small onions
    3 c. carrots
    3 c. baked beans
    2 lb. dry navy or Great Northern beans
    2 c. diced potatoes, cooked only half soft
    2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ham hock until soft.
    Trim off all fat.
    Cook all vegetables separately.
    Mix together with cubed ham.
    Heat and serve.
