Ingredients

1 small cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1 c. flour
8 eggs
2 c. chopped or grated pepperoni
3 c. shredded cheeses (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone or your choice, use more than one kind)
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast, water and 1 cup flour; set aside.
Beat eggs well; add flour, mixing thoroughly.
Add yeast mixture, cheeses and pepperoni.
Pour mixture in a greased (spray with Pam) Bundt pan. Let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
