Bursa Danasi(Baked Veal With Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal steak, boned and pounded flat
    1 garlic clove, minced
    milled black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 c. white wine
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    2 onions, minced
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. yogurt
    1 lb. narrow noodles
Preparation
    Season veal with garlic, pepper, salt, herbs and wine and marinate in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
    Turn steak after 2 hours.
    Drain.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
