Chunky Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 10 McIntosh or cooking apples
1/2 c. water
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Peel and core apples.
Slice apple in quarters.
In a pan add water and apples.
Cook over low heat.
Lightly mash apples; add cinnamon and stir.
Serve chunky warm or cold.
