Cheese, Pea And Pickle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peas
1/2 c. chopped pickle (sweet is best)
1/2 c. American cheese, cubed small
2 tsp. finely grated onion
Preparation
-
Drain peas
and
add
chopped pickle, cheese and grated onion. Mix together with enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaf.
