Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Russet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Peel and shred. Combine potatoes with sour cream, 1 cup of cheese and remaining ingredients except paprika.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
