Creamy Grouse Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 grouse breast
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. red wine
    1/3 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Fillet the meat from the bone and slice thin.
    Heat butter. Add grouse and brown on all sides.
    Frying time about 3 minutes. Add wine and turn heat to high.
    Add cream and toss grouse pieces in mixture while it cooks down to a thick sauce.
