Pineapple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (use juice and all)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 c. margarine, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat with mixer until thoroughly blended.
Add more powdered sugar if needed to thicken.
Spread on cake.
