Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter (not margarine)
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 baked pastry shell
Preparation

In a bowl, beat sugar and butter with an electric mixer on medium for 4 minutes.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high speed.
Scrape sides of bowl constantly.
Transfer mixture to baked pastry shell.
Cover and chill 5 to 24 hours.
Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate curls.
Serves 10.
