Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, cooked and peeled
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute all ingredients (except shrimp and rice) until tender. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add shrimp; stir until shrimp are pink.
    Serve immediately over rice.
    Serves 5 to 6.
