Marvelous Fruit Mix-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange jello
8 oz. sour cream
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
2 c. ice cubes
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

In a large bowl, stir 3/4 cup of boiling water with jello to dissolve completely.
Add ice cubes, stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes until mixture slightly thickens.
Using a slotted spoon, remove unmelted ice.
