Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
    1 can shoestring beets drained reserve juice
    1 can beet juice
    2/3 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. grated onion
    dash salt, pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot beet juice, add remaining ingred.
    Chill until set in 8 in. sq cake pan or 1 qt. container.
