Stuffed Mushroom Caps(Italian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1 large clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. dry or fresh mint leaves
Preparation
    Parboil mushrooms for 2 minutes.
    Drain.
    Chop onion, mushroom stems and garlic.
    Put in a heavy frying pan with oil and saute until tender.
    Add bread crumbs and herbs.
    Mix.
    If mixture is too dry, add more oil.
    Fill mushroom caps.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
