Lo-Cal Whipped Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute
    1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    3/4 c. nonfat dry milk (reconstituted)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and gelatin in a large bowl.
    Add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
    Stir in cold water and let set to room temperature.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat at high speed until soft peaks form.
    Refrigerate.
    Stir before using. One-fourth cup equals 24 calories.
