"Church Punch"(Strawberry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 (46 oz.) can orange juice
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/2 gal. orange sherbet
    1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    Combine the dry jello and then add 2 cups of boiling water; stir to dissolve.
    Stir in cold water, pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Stir occasionally. When ready to serve, spoon in orange sherbet and ginger ale. Several other bottles of ginger ale may be added as needed.
    Large recipe that looks very pretty in a glass punch bowl.
