Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 or 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
    garlic salt to taste
    8 oz. lasagne noodles (1/2 box)
    1 pkg. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese (6 or 8 oz.)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; pour off fat.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Salt to taste unless garlic salt is used.
    Cook noodles tender.
    Drain in cold water. Place half in large baking pan.
    Cover with 1/3 sauce.
    Add 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of cottage cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with the sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool 15 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
