Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach, washed and torn
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. fat-free Catalina salad dressing
    4 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Place spinach in a salad bowl. Add chopped vegetables.
    Pour dressing over and toss.
    Sweet Catalina dressing is a good complement to spinach.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Has 75 calories, fat free.
