Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Mix in 3 tablespoons cocoa.
    Add milk, shortening and vanilla.
    Mix all ingredients only until smooth.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Mix brown sugar and remaining 3 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over mixture in the baking dish.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the top.
    (When baked, this pudding cake has a sauce on the bottom and cake on top!)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
