Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    3 c. Port wine
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    dash of cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. sliced strawberries
Preparation
    Mix water, wine, sugar, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon and cornstarch.
    Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring just until cornstarch is fully dissolved.
    Chill.
    Stir in sliced strawberries.
    Serve garnished with mint sprigs.
    Makes 4 servings.
