Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. grapes
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Remove seeds from grapes.
    Boil 15 minutes.
    Stir in sugar, tapioca and rind.
    Spoon into an unbaked pie shell.
    Cut a slit in top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
