Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    4 large chicken breasts, cut up
Preparation
    Mix together dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and return to oven for 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
