Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 stalks celery
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger, onion and garlic in 3-quart saucepan. Drain.
    Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), celery, chili powder, salt, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Stir in beans; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes. For thicker chili, continue simmering.
    Can be stored frozen for no longer than 4 months.
