Herb Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 14 oz. potatoes, unpeeled
    1/4 c. chopped fresh or dried basil
    1/2 c. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes in slices like French fries and place in large bowl with other ingredients.
    Toss well and place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
